We have lived in NY, NJ, HI, CA, MD and WA,MN, MD, VA, AZ. We are beach people but not surfers. I have a healthy respect for the ocean since our last home was in Ocean City, Maryland. Are you building now? we are a little more than 1.2 thru the building of your new home.. Winter sunsets and sunrises to die for.
